Using Charts

The filter bar can be found at the top of the charts and contains a variety of options for filtering and slicing the data shown on the charts.
Use the environment dropdown to select between Production and Testing and Development.
Note that on both Apple and Google Play apps Nami can automatically detect production purchases and sandbox purchases.
On Apple apps Nami can further detect if the app is running on a simulator, in a device development mode, or in a beta testing environment like Test Flight. These will all be labeled as Testing and Development.
Choose the Date Range for the x-axis of the charts. You can currently select any date range in the past up through today. Some charts don't support all date ranges.
Quickly select from predefined options or open the calendar picker to select your own.
You can choose between UTC and US/Pacific for reporting. To choose timezone, open the calendar picker and select the calendar picker at the bottom left.
Choose the resolution for the x-axis (hour, day, week, month, quarter, year) from the dropdown.
You can use chart filters to drill down into data on selected dimensions. You can apply multiple filters at one time.
To apply filters, click the 'Add Filter' button at the left of the filter bar and select a Dimension. Then select an operator and at least 1 value.
Some dimensions have additional filters that can be used to quickly find the values you are looking for. Click the filter icon next to the search bar to expose additional filters such as Live, Archived, or a specific tag.
Your charts can be broken down by different data segments. This allows you to compare performance of specific properties such as different paywall variants or monthly vs. annual subscriptions.
To break down your charts, select a Dimension from the bar above the table.
Not all charts have the same segments available. Some segments are only available on paid plans.
Not all charts support all dimensions for segmenting and filtering. Also, some dimensions require a paid plan. See below for details.

On the Insights page, data is available in a table. The columns are each date (ie each day if Resolution = Daily or each month if Resolution = Monthly) and the rows represent each segment. If you haven't applied a Breakdown, there will only be 1 row.
The last column in the table is a row total.
Paywall Conversion Rate chart rows can be expanded to view individual Impressions and Conversions numbers.
In a segmented table, there are multiple rows. You can sort the table by any column in ascending or descending order. By default, it is ordered by Row Total descending.
Each of these rows will have a checkbox indicating whether its shown on the charts. By default, the top 10 rows will be selected, based on row total. You can uncheck any segment to hide on the charts.
Data is available in a CSV export on Team, Business, and Enterprise plans.
The CSV format matches the Table, with dates on the X axis and segments on the Y axis. If segmented, the first columns of the CSV will contain additional information about the segment such as ID.
Q: When breaking down charts by Paywall or Campaign, the table reads '(unknown)' for every value.
A: Your full campaigns list is loading. If these values don't update in a few moments, try refreshing the page.
