Introductory Offer Eligibility is available on Team plans and up.

Introductory Type Offers only supported on Apple and Roku platforms

Introductory Offer Eligibility allows your paywall to display different text and content depending on whether the user is eligible for an introductory offer on the paywall products.

Turning on Introductory Offer Eligibility

1. Click into the Capabilities tab

2. Find 'Introductory Offer Eligibility'

3. Click 'Add'

By default new Conditions and Product Fields will be added.

What is an Introductory Offer?

Intro Offers are aimed at new subscribers. They offer a discounted price on the subscription for a set amount of time (ie $4.99/month for the first 6 months) OR a discounted pay-up-front price (ie $19.99 for 6 months)

Introductory Offers will be purchased automatically if the user is eligible.

Introductory Offers are not available on Google or Amazon platforms.
