Why can't I see my customer's real names or usernames in this screen?

Nami has a strict no-PII policy. That means we don't collect emails or usernames or first/last names in our system. Every user gets assigned a psuedonym to make it easier to reference these anonymous customer records.

Why does a Customer have 0 App Sessions?

This customer was created by a server notification and hasn't yet been linked to a device in the Nami platform.

Why does a Customer have a Last Seen Time of N/A?
