The Events Feed shows you a live view of all subscription and paywall events in your app.
You can filter the Events Feed in several different ways:
Event Type (select multiple, see below for options)
Platform
User
Start Date*
End Date*
*Only available when Live feed is Paused
You can find a specific user several different ways:
External ID (your account identifier. See )
Nami Device ID*
Nami User ID*
*Available in the Customer Screen
These events are available in the Events Feed:
Device - Impression
This event is produced each time the device presents a paywall screen to the user.
Device - Session Start
Produced at the start of an app session.
Device - Session End
Produced at the end of an app session.
Device - Transaction
Produced when a purchase is generated on the device.
Subscription - Purchase
User made a new purchase
Subscription - Cancellation
User cancelled their subscription. A cancellation is the point at which the user decided to cancel or shut off auto-renewal on a subscription. At this time the user still has access to their entitlement.
Subscription - Renewal
User's subscription was renewed.
Subscription - Expiration
User's subscription expired, either because it does not auto-renew, they had previously cancelled, or the payment has not been received. The expired event occurs when the final subscription billing term ends and the entitlement is revoked.
Subscription - Pause
User paused their subscription and it will automatically resume at a future time. Android only
Subscription - Resume
User re-enables auto-renew after previously turning auto-renew off.

User resumed a subscription that had previously been paused. Android only.
Subscription - Enter Grace Period
User is currently in grace period with an expired subscription due to the payment failing
Subscription - Renewal in Grace Period
User was in grace period and the subscription was recovered.
Subscription - Account Hold
Click on an event to view details on the right side. Each event type will show different content such as Platform, transaction id, product purchased, price of product, paywall view, device id, device information, and more.
A: By default, the Live view looks at the last 24 hours. Pause the feed and pick a start date farther in the past to find events.
